Transportation Service Cancellations


Because vehicles and drivers are dispatched in advance, we require at least 2 hours' notice prior to your scheduled pickup time to cancel or reschedule a ride.


- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.


- No-Shows: If the driver arrives at the designated pickup location and the client does not appear within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the ride will be considered a no-show. The client will be charged the full estimated fare for that trip.
